We roast all our coffee on Mondays. Retail web orders will usually be shipped Monday, but on Tuesday at the latest. Your credit card will be charged on the day your order is roasted, which is currently on Monday.
We offer free USPS shipping on retail orders over $25.
Orders are fulfilled from Oakland, CA and then delivered to the chosen carrier for dispatch, whether it is USPS or FedEx. Since we ship your order via independent carriers not affiliated with, or controlled by AKA Coffee, you should allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery from the day the order has been shipped. Please note that orders may be delivered earlier than 5 business days.
We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. All shipping charges are your responsibility, unless you comply with the “AKA Free Shipping” promotion (orders >$25). You will see shipping charges during your check-out process. These charges are subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions about your order, email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
The products you order will be delivered to the shipping address stated by you on the order form. When placing your order, you are responsible for supplying your exact permanent address (which is the same address as your billing address and which also corresponds to your payment card address). If the you fail to do so, we reserve our right to refuse to process the order and delivery of any products will be halted.
If you have stated the wrong address in your “shipping address” form and the carrier cannot deliver the package, the package will be returned to AKA Coffee. If you would like to have the coffee resent to the correct address, we respectfully request that you pay for the additional shipping.
