Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please understand that all of our coffee is roasted on Mondays. Any coffee orders placed after 6pm on Sunday will be roasted and shipped the following Monday (+ 7days).
We update our web shop daily. However, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, photographs, pricing or other information on the web shop is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. In addition, all weights and size dimensions are approximate. If a product offered by us is not as described or pictured, you must contact us to point it out, and then possibly return the product(s) to us in an unused condition for a refund. In the event of an error, whether on our web shop, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, in delivering a product or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. In the event of an error you can cancel your order and obtain a refund.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order please contact AKA Coffee via email or phone (see below) to coordinate an exchange for refund or replacement. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee on orders returned for refund.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Orders may be cancelled 24 hours after placement, though not later than the order-cutoff time which is Sunday at 6pm. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Refunds will be made as defined in our refund/return policy (above).
